Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 base (DOE) + bonus
Signing Bonus: $10,000–$25,000 (DOE)

Location & Work Model

Seattle-area based role with flexibility. Attorneys may work fully remote, hybrid, or in-office, depending on preference and case needs.

Role Overview

You will manage a family law litigation caseload end-to-end, with the autonomy to practice at a high level and the support to do so efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Washington family law matters from intake through resolution
  • Manage temporary orders, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
  • Represent clients in hearings and trials as required
  • Develop case strategy and provide clear, empathetic client guidance
  • Communicate professionally with opposing counsel and the court
  • Maintain strong ethical judgment in sensitive and high-stakes matters
  • Leverage legal technology to stay organized and efficient

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Washington family law experience (required)
  • Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
  • Comfortable handling hearings, motions, and trial preparation
  • Strong organizational skills and case ownership mindset
  • Professional, client-centered communication style
  • Comfortable working in a tech-forward practice
