Fast Food Supervisor - North Lakes

We are seeking experienced Supervisors with full availability to join our North Lakes Drive-Thru Restaurant.

What does a Supervisor do?

• Opening and closing the restaurant

• Supervising employees including juniors

• Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results

• Opening and/or closing store

• Training new employees

• Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's

• Handling customer complaints and concerns

• Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use

• Cash handling and register operation

• Cleaning and maintaining the store

Qualifications

The right candidate will have:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Great communication skills and ability to talk to customers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and school holidays

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, fast food restaurant desirable but not essential
