F&B Trainee (Season 2026)

We are looking for a F&B Trainee who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a luxury resort environment and take their first meaningful step into the world of hospitality. This is an opportunity to learn alongside experienced professionals, gain insight into luxury resort operations, and develop the skills that will shape your future career.
During your traineeship, you will be fully immersed in the daily life of the resort, experiencing real-time operations, guest interactions, and cross-department teamwork. With guidance, structured on-the-job learning, and mentorship from our F&B team, you will gain an understanding of the inner workings of high-end dining operations while contributing to a welcoming and collaborative environment.
What you will do
- Learn the art of serving food and beverages while anticipating guest needs with care and attention to detail
- Support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our F&B outlets
- Ensure tables, stations, and service areas are neat, organized, and fully prepared for smooth daily operations, while building practical skills in real-time service
- Collaborate with other departments to create seamless and memorable dining experiences for our guests
- Participate in structured training sessions, shadow experienced team members, and apply hotel service standards and procedures to develop a strong foundation in luxury hospitality
Requirements
- Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, with an internship required as part of your program
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Genuine passion for learning how to create memorable guest experiences and for building a career in the hospitality industry
