Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)

What You’ll Do:

Building training resources and designs learning experiences for technical training for a business segment that supports sales and service for customers and insurance agents. 

Requirements

Experience:

·       4 years of experience.

Skills:

·       Proficiency in English (Interview in English)

·       Bachelor's degree in Educational technology or information technology, education or adult learning.

·       Interviewing subject matter experts to understand processes – Intermediate

·       Working with Learning Management Systems – Intermediate

·       Generative AI - Entry Level

·       Articulate 360 - Intermediate

·       Camtasia - Entry Level

SharePoint - Entry Level
