As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) at FuriosaAI, you will serve as a technical bridge between our customers and internal engineering teams, providing in-depth support for hardware and software challenges. You will assist customers in navigating technical hurdles related to our AI processors, with a specific focus on Linux and PCIe-based NPU systems. The FAE position involves close collaboration with global customers, requiring effective communication in English and a willingness to travel internationally. Candidates with a background in fabless semiconductor companies or server manufacturers (ODM/OEM), particularly in test engineering roles, are highly preferred.

Partner with customers to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in AI hardware and software systems.
Offer technical guidance on integrating FuriosaAI's AI processors into customers' systems, including support for PCIe and Linux environments.
Execute product testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure customer satisfaction.
Channel feedback from customers to improve product quality and user experience.
Lead technical training and support for customers during and after product deployment.
Represent FuriosaAI's solutions at technical meetings, trade shows, and other industry events.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Foundational understanding of computer architecture and electronic systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and clarify customer requirements.
