As Field Auditor, you will work as the guardian of retail excellence, conducting rigorous audits across our shop network while analysing performance data, investigating variances, and working with teams to embed operational improvements that protect our customers and scale our impact across Ghana.

At M-KOPA, we've grown to serve 7 million customers across Africa, unlocking $2+ billion in cumulative credit for people who couldn't access financial services before. Our retail shops in Ghana are the last-mile access points where this happens—where customers build trust, where our agents deliver impact, where financial inclusion becomes real.
As we scale from 7 million to 10 million customers, retail excellence is non-negotiable. Every audit you conduct directly protects millions of customer transactions. Every variance you investigate, every fraud signal you catch, every process improvement you identify—these aren't just compliance tasks. They're the infrastructure that enables our customers' financial inclusion. You'll be setting the audit standards for Ghana that become our template as we expand, working with shop teams, warehouse staff, and leadership to ensure operational integrity that matches our mission.
