Field Marketing Manager

As Field Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will play a central role in driving growth across a highly competitive region.

You’ll design and execute localized go-to-market initiatives, from high-impact campaigns and activations to thought leadership programs, that resonate with agencies, advertisers and publishers while staying aligned with our global strategy.

You’ll join a collaborative environment where creativity is valued, your impact is visible, and your work directly contributes to business results.

Reporting to the Field Marketing Director, this role bridges global strategy with local execution to accelerate our expansion.

Details

GTM strategy & execution

· Build and execute a field marketing plan that drives sales engagement and business growth in your region

· Identify market trends and challenges to refine positioning and narratives

· Define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize your GTM strategies

Campaigns & activations

· Localize messaging and sales assets (collaterals) to fit cultural and commercial contexts

· Deliver campaigns, events, PR and partnerships strategy tailored to EMEA with a focus on UK

· Leverage digital and offline channels to amplify reach

Content strategy

· Elevate Dailymotion Advertising’s presence across the region through Though Leadership

· Build executive visibility through content, speaking opportunities, and storytelling

Sales & cross-functional collaboration

· Partner with sales leaders to address local business challenges

· Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and comms to ensure message consistency

· Align regional initiatives with global objectives

Qualifications

What you will bring

·Proven experience in field marketing, GTM, or campaign execution in adtech or CTV media vendor

·Ability to adapt global strategies to local market dynamics

·Strong knowledge of EMEA markets (deep UK experience is a plus) and buyer behavior

·Track record of working effectively in multi-stakeholder organizations

·Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

·Excellent storytelling and content creation skills

·Strong communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus
