Finance Analyst (Mexico City)
- Coordinate with stakeholders the pre-close activities.
- Account reconciliations calculating and submitting accruals.
- Run system checks for correct allocation of movements per brand and segment
- Assist in the preparation of monthly sales financial modeling.
- Proactive interaction with key users to calculate Operating working capital forecast for AR and AP.
- Capable to analyze and explain both BS and P&L monthly, annual, or estimate a forecast.
- Travel & expense tracking give visibility and achieve budget targets.
- Monthly financial reporting in Power Bi
- Monthly forecast submissions to company’s system.
- Achieve quarterly internal control requirements without findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields is required
- Extensive knowledge of accounting, processes and controls
- Task and goal oriented, continuous improvement oriented
- Power BI knowledge
- Excellent Excel modeling skills
- Advanced/Fluent English is required.
