As the Finance Manager, you will lead a newly formed Finance Support team responsible for delivering high-quality invoicing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and financial reconciliation services for one of ATI’s key clients.
You will be accountable for end-to-end financial operations, guideline compliance, team performance, and service quality. This role oversees a large, multi-shift operation and is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, strong internal controls, and consistent delivery against KPIs while building a strong finance leadership pipeline.
Your Main Responsibilities

You will lead and manage a finance operations team handling invoicing, AP, AR, and reconciliations for client accounts.

You will ensure strict compliance with financial guidelines, client policies, and internal control standards.

You will build, coach, and develop Team Leaders and finance staff to create future finance leaders.

You will oversee daily performance against KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets.

You will establish processes, workflows, and reporting structures for a newly formed team.

You will ensure financial accuracy, timeliness, and completeness across all transactions.

You will strengthen communication across shifts and functions to ensure alignment and continuity.

You will identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in finance operations and implement improvements.

You will act as the primary finance escalation point for client-related and internal issues.

You will partner with ATI Operations and Finance leadership to support governance, audits, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Fluent English communication (minimum CEFR C1 level).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.

Proven experience leading teams of at least 5–10 people.

Strong finance operations experience in AP, AR, invoicing, or reconciliation.

Customer-facing or client-facing experience.

Intermediate Excel skills with a data-driven approach to performance management.

Nice to have experience in the travel, BPO, or shared-services industry.

Experience setting up or scaling new operational teams.
