Overview

The AI Robot Association (AIRoA) was established at the end of 2024 to promote the social implementation of AI robots and drive the development of foundation models. By 2029, AIRoA aims to receive a total investment of 20.5 billion yen from NEDO to build a foundation model and expand it globally.

AIロボット協会（AIRoA）は、AIロボットの社会実装を推進し、基盤モデルの開発を推進することを目的として、2024年末に設立されました。AIRoAは、2029年までにNEDOから総額205億円の投資を受け、基盤モデルを構築し、グローバル展開することを目指しています。

Background of Recruitment

AIRoA is still in its early stage but already has many companies participating. Since April of this year, we have been actively pushing forward with projects, and we are now seeking a Head of Finance & Accounting who can take on a central role in organizational management.

Currently, AIRoA is operated with secondees and part-time members from member companies. Moving forward, we plan to expand our directly employed staff to around 20–30 members, strengthening our internal operations. This position is a senior-level role that will serve as a key leader in organizational management.

AIRoAはまだ設立間もない段階ですが、既に多くの企業にご参加いただいています。今年4月以降、積極的にプロジェクトを推進しており、組織運営の中核を担う財務・経理責任者を募集しています。

現在、AIRoAは会員企業からの出向者とパートタイムメンバーによって運営されていますが、今後は直接雇用者を20～30名程度に拡大し、組織運営の強化を図っていく予定です。本ポジションは、組織運営の要となるシニアレベルのポジションです。

Requirements

Requirements (MUST)

• Experience working at the manager level in an accounting department, either at a growing venture company or a large corporation
• Ability to independently handle all core accounting operations at the present time
• Experience collaborating and discussing with certified professionals such as tax accountants and labor and social security attorneys
• Business-level English proficiency or higher

• 現時点ですべてのコア会計業務を独立して処理できる能力
• 税理士、社会保険労務士などの資格保有者との協働・協議経験
