Finance Manager

1. Responsible for monthly/quarterly close process through to financial statement preparation and reporting
2. Analyze business results and prepare appropriate financial statements to describe those results
3. Responsible for the reconciliations of all FilmHouse bank accounts.
4. Responsible for managing shared costs between FilmHouse and its related parties.
5. Responsible for the postings of all employee costs.
6. Responsible for reconciliation of intercompany balances.
7. Responsible with all postings outside the direct functions allotted to separate individuals.
8. Responsible for the management of the Data Master File.
9. Full management and coordination of FilmHouse Report.
10. Evaluate and implement processes for efficiency and automation; work with operational team to find workable solutions
11. Process owner, external audit FilmHouse

Qualifications

• Accounting or Financial Management Degree
• Associate Chartered Accountant (ICAN)/ACCA
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Odoo, Sage)
• Data Accuracy
• Data Management
• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Good presentation skills
• Leadership skills
