- Group intercompany billing and follow up
- Fixed Asset Handling and management
- Cargo insurance reconciliation
- State Tax filings and coordination with KPMG
- Error log oversight handling and support
- Manual file closing – gateway and stat files.
- Phillips 66 records and filing - HSV refunds
- Coordinate with SAP team on force closing old files
- Coordinate with SAP team on archiving old files
- Oversight of reporting, and financial analysis of the activities of the New York Logistics function in Secaucus.
- 2nd Back up for treasury
- Backup to cycle allocation updates
- Backup to issuing local Morristown checks
- Backup to Treasury for credit card processing
- Backup for FTE and headcount posting
- Assist Shared Service Center as operational interface & query handling
- Prepare and submits journal entries as needed
- Provides responses to auditors’ requests as needed
- Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process Working
- Advanced knowledge of accounting processes
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS and IAS
- Good understanding of Shared Services concepts
- Good knowledge of the shipping run and logistics industry

- Educational background / Work experience
- 4 year Accounting Degree
- Professional experience in accounting/ financial processes
