We are looking for a high-performing Financial Analyst, acting as a critical bridge between technology execution and fiscal discipline. In this role, you won't just be "counting numbers"—you will be managing the financial health of complex Digital & Technology (D&T) portfolios, ensuring that strategic technology investments are tracked, optimized, and delivered with clarity.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Financial Planning: Maintain and manage the master budget tracker by period, ensuring total accuracy across the D&T portfolio.
  • Master Reporting Cycles: Lead period-end and quarter-end lockdown and reporting activities to provide stakeholders with clear financial visibility.
  • Lead Tech Fee Billing: Execute the per-period technology billing process and lead the strategic transition of tech fee tracking from OneSource to MTB.
  • Maximize R&D Value: Partner directly with D&T Budget Owners to facilitate annual R&D tax credit documentation and reporting.
  • Organize the Portfolio: Build and maintain a centralized Confluence repository for all TB-owned, enterprise, and third-party platforms.
  • Standardize Tools: Develop a consolidated view of collaboration and product development tools, mapping their purpose and budget locations.
  • Enable Prioritization: Support leadership in establishing standardized processes for tracking funding requests and final decision-making.
  • What You'll Bring

  • Proven Experience: 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a consulting or technology-driven environment.
  • Financial Mastery: Strong familiarity with core expense management, budget tracking, and period-end reporting.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency with Confluence, Excel, and financial management tools; experience with OneSource or MTB is a plus.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with Budget Owners and technical leaders to gather documentation and drive consensus.
  • Operational Excellence: A track record of executing complex billing processes and improving visibility for cross-functional teams.
  • Consulting Mindset: A self-driven, outcome-oriented approach with the ability to serve as the "single source of truth" for financial data.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
