Financial BI Analyst (Tableau)
Gypsy Collective is looking for a Financial BI Analyst to build and maintain financial dashboards in Tableau. We are looking for a proactive and responsible analyst who can work independently, ensure data accuracy, and design clear and user-friendly dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Build financial dashboards in Tableau (Revenue, Plan vs Actual, Cash Flow, Unit Economics)
- Design clear and user-friendly dashboards for business and finance teams
- Work with financial data (revenue, costs, marketing spend, margins, KPIs)
- Integrate data from Xero and other sources into Tableau
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in dashboards
- Analyze financial metrics and identify trends or issues
- Communicate insights and explain data to stakeholders
- Take ownership of dashboards and manage tasks independently
- Continuously improve dashboards and reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI / Financial Analytics
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau
- Experience working with financial data (revenue, expenses, margins, KPIs)
- Strong Tableau skills (dashboard design, data modeling)
- Advanced SQL
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Strong analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
