Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services and processes, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain updated on logistics processes and industry standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within logistics, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
