Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding cloud services, products, and solutions via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Provide detailed information on service features, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, subscription management, and technical support.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in cloud technology to provide informed support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
