Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and service in the food and beverage industry.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with your team to meet service goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up with product knowledge and customer service procedures.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A passion for customer service and providing a great experience.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
