Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding the ride-sharing app.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with excellent organizational skills.
