Fixed Income Settlement Analyst

We are hiring a high-calibre Fixed Income settlements analyst to join a lean, ambitious post-trade operations team. This is not a managerial role, we need a strong executor who can own day-to-day delivery while also contributing ideas to improve process and controls.

The team is fast-paced. Cultural fit and intellectual curiosity are important.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Fixed Income settlements
• Break resolution and exception management
• Counterparty and custodian liaison
• Supporting settlement efficiency and control enhancements
• Contributing ideas for operational improvement 
• Working with Front Office stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong experience in Fixed Income post-trade / settlements
• Confident handling time-sensitive workflows
• Able to operate independently without heavy supervision
• Clear communicator with front office and external stakeholders

Desirable

• Tri-party collateral exposure
• Familiarity with the Gloss platform
• Exposure to collateral or financing workflows

Benefits

Salary: up to £55,000

Length: 6 months rolling, with view to being made permanent
