Flashbots - Product Manager (Protect)

Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). Since then, we have had an immense impact on the world of crypto through mev-geth, Flashbots Protect, MEV-Boost, MEV-Share, our open research and soon-to-be SUAVE.

• Engage with wallets, applications, and end users to gather insights, understand their needs, and translate feedback into product requirements

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats

• Define, collect, and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and inform decision-making in new and existing product areas

• Lead a cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle, from product discovery to execution to growth

• +3 Years of experience in product positions

• Deep passion and knowledge of the Ethereum application, wallet, and RPC ecosystems

• Long history of on chain activity

• Ability to use data to drive production development

• Bias for action and ability to get things done in a fast paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating cross functional teams.
