AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for AYANA Komodo to lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for managing restaurants, bars, and overall F&B experiences while driving revenue, controlling costs, and upholding AYANA’s high standards. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and develop the Food & Beverage team to achieve high performance and service standards.
- Control budgeting, inventory, and procurement to maximize revenue and manage costs effectively.
- Address guest feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining AYANA’s service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and continuously improve operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role or a minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a five-star hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software, MS Office, and fluent in English.
