About the Role
As our Food Mass Market Senior Business Analyst, you’ll drive strategic and analytical initiatives to grow GoFood’s Mass Market segment. You’ll combine business understanding, user behavior insights, and experimentation to identify opportunities, run targeted campaigns, and scale solutions that strengthen user engagement and increase overall product performance.

We help strengthen the business by identifying the right recommendations and promotions tailored to user needs. Whether it’s suggesting the perfect late-night snack or surfacing nearby deals, we focus on delivering product value through data-driven insights and targeted marketing solutions.
The GoFood Growth pod is a diverse group of 50+ problem solvers across analytics, product, marketing, and operations. You’ll collaborate with teams across Gojek and be part of a community that loves learning, experimenting, and (of course) discovering new food spots together. We’re also doubling down on automation and machine learning to scale our impact even further.
