Foreman - Maintenance (Abu Dhabi)

In this role, the Foreman - Maintenance will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring that all activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

If selected, you will be based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and manage day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Provide training and mentorship to maintenance team members as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations.
