Overview

AI has changed software development. Security hasn’t caught up – until now. Corridor is changing the game of product security, giving developers the ability to secure their AI coding.

Our team operates at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. We’ve led security at some of the world’s largest companies, driven U.S. cybersecurity policy, and published AI research at Stanford.

As Corridor scales its enterprise go-to-market motion, we’re hiring our first Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to own technical success for our most important customers. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on making enterprise deployments successful, improving the product through real-world feedback, and partnering closely with Engineering and Product.

This role reports to our General Manager.

What You’ll Do

Own Technical Success for Enterprise Customers

  • Lead onboarding and set up for enterprise customers during Proof-of-Value trials (POVs) and post-sales.

  • Design best practices for configuring Corridor for customers’ needs and environment.

  • Support customer engineers through debugging, configuration, and best-practice guidance.

  • Lead POV check-ins and wrap-ups to clearly demonstrate technical value and outcomes.

Drive Engineering’s Relationship with Customers

  • Act as the first technical escalation point for customer-blocking issues.

  • Reproduce bugs, gather clear repro steps, and work directly with engineers to drive resolution.

  • Close the loop with customers by validating fixes and communicating outcomes clearly.

  • Help reduce recurring issues by identifying root causes and systemic UX or reliability gaps.

  • Be the voice of the customer in the room with engineers.

Provide Technical Feedback to Product

  • Translate customer feedback into structured, actionable product and engineering input.

  • Identify patterns across customers that inform product prioritization and technical direction.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate tradeoffs between customer-driven requests and long-term roadmap goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong software engineering background (backend, platform, security, or developer tooling).

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise customers (Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar).

  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-engineers.

  • High ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.

  • Experience with developer tools, code analysis, CI/CD, or application security.
