Built by ex–nation-state operators and AI researchers, Cracken is the world’s first Uncensored Vibe Hacking platform that safely amplifies security teams and gives enterprises proven, auditable security resilience.

We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive who can sell enterprise-grade cybersecurity software to BFSI customers from first cold touch through multi-year renewal. You’ll partner with our CEO to shape GTM strategy, secure lighthouse logos, and drive Cracken’s growth to 10× ARR within the next 12 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Own BFSI Sales: Lead our entire go-to-market strategy, from pinpointing the right buyers to closing the deal. You will craft and deliver tailored pitches, business cases, and POVs to CISOs, CIOs, and enterprise security teams.

  • Build & Scale Pipeline: Develop a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, strategic channel partnerships, and inbound lead management — converting pilots into multi-year contracts.

  • Close Deals & Drive Growth: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction for repeat business and upsells.

  • Lead Account Success: Serve as each customer’s executive champion — cultivating C-suite trust, boosting usage, spotting growth angles, and ensuring every renewal.

  • Navigate Compliance: Tackle procurement and risk management hurdles in large organizations with efficiency and confidence.

  • Collaborate & Refine: You'll work directly with the CEO and other founding members to help build out our team.

  • Lead & Mentor: As we grow, recruit and guide a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of ownership and results-driven execution.

Who You Are

  • BFSI Sales Experience: You’ve sold cybersecurity solutions to large financial institutions, and how to speak the language of CISOs and CIOs.

  • High-Growth Startup Background (big plus): You’ve been part of a company that scaled from around $1M to $20M+ ARR.

  • Technical Background (big plus): Experience in cybersecurity or a related technical domain helps you engage more effectively with both our product and our customers.

  • Strategic & Hands-On: You aim high, move fast, and solve problems head-on before they become blockers.

  • Closer & Builder: You know how to establish new sales frameworks from the ground up, and you treat every deal like it’s your own business.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: No task too small, no undertaking too ambitious.
