We are exclusively partnering with a highly profitable, rapidly scaling European AI EdTech rocketship. They are fundamentally changing how mathematics is taught. With an 80% market share in their home region, $50M+ in recent funding, and backing from one of the world's largest philanthropic foundations, their global revenue is doubling year-over-year.
With massive, proven traction in the US and the UK, they are now launching Germany. Because the German government has unlocked massive digitalization funds for schools, the budgets are there, but the market is starved for tech that actually works. This is a rare chance to step into a true 0-to-1 founding seat, capture a greenfield market, and write the DACH playbook from scratch.
The Product: High Impact, High Conversion
Your primary targets are the German School Authorities (Schulträger). Yes, the German public sector is bureaucratic, and the sales cycles often require immense patience and tenacity.
However, this is a product that sells itself the moment you get in the room. Their Socratic AI platform reads student handwriting, personalizes learning in real-time, and saves teachers hours of manual grading. When public sector stakeholders see it, they buy it. Your challenge isn't proving the tech works; it's cutting through the noise to get the airtime.

What You Will Do
- Strategic Outbound: Cold outreach, networking, and creatively breaking into public sector accounts.
- High-Energy Networking: The public sector buys on trust. You will travel heavily to trade shows, shaking hands, and becoming a visible partner to educational leaders. (This brand is famous for its bright, disruptive energy at traditional events - you must be ready to stand out).
- Full-Cycle Execution: Owning the pipeline from the first cold call to multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.
