The role

We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to help Fonoa build a sharper, more forward-looking view of the business - especially across Sales performance, revenue drivers, and strategic planning.

Today, we have strong foundations across Finance and RevOps, but we don’t yet have one focal point who can bring together the full picture: commercial performance, pipeline dynamics, GTM efficiency, financial outcomes, and the forward-looking story that leadership needs to make confident decisions. This role changes that.

You’ll work closely with leadership and RevOps to surface the right data, build structured planning models, and create alignment on what the numbers really mean. You’ll act as a critical finance business partner to the business - helping teams operate smarter, spot issues earlier, and turn forward-thinking ideas into real operating rhythm.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You won’t wait to be told what to analyse - you’ll anticipate what matters, bring structure to ambiguity, and communicate clearly through well-built models and crisp narratives.

This is also a role where impact will be highly visible: in a year’s time, you should be able to look back and clearly point to what you built, what you improved, and how your work helped Fonoa scale.

This role is initially an individual contributor with potential to build the FP&A team as Fonoa scales.

What you will do:

  • Partner with leadership and RevOps to surface and structure data across Sales performance, including pipeline dynamics, conversion, forecasting accuracy, and GTM efficiency

  • Act as a critical Finance Business Partner to Sales and RevOps, creating alignment across assumptions and driving better commercial decision-making

  • Build and maintain forecasting models that combine RevOps and Finance inputs into a single, trusted view of performance and outlook

  • Own forward-looking planning capabilities including budgeting, forecasting and investment scenario planning

  • Deliver clear reporting and proactive analysis that identifies risks and opportunities early — and translates them into practical actions

  • Support VP Finance with leadership and board materials through structured analysis, KPI writeups, and clear financial narratives

  • Operationalise forward-thinking ideas by turning them into repeatable processes, cadence, and outputs that improve how the business runs

You would be a great fit if:

  • You have solid experience in FP&A / Finance Business Partnering, ideally supporting commercial teams (Sales / GTM / RevOps)

  • You understand SaaS commercial metrics and can confidently work with Sales performance datapoints (pipeline, ARR, bookings, conversion, forecasting)

  • You’re proactive and self-directed - you spot what’s missing, take ownership, and drive solutions through to completion

  • You can bring structure to messy inputs, build credible models, and communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders

  • You think ahead, manage timelines well, and balance speed with accuracy

  • You have hands-on experience using Finance systems and planning tools in your day-to-day work

Extra points if you:

  • Have experience in B2B SaaS (preferred)

  • Have worked closely with RevOps and Sales

  • Excel/Google sheets mastery required; exposure to Salesforce reporting, NetSuite GL, and modern FP&A platforms (Adaptive / Pigment) preferred

  • Enjoy building processes and operating cadence from scratch
