Join Aprio's Finance team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a FP&A Manager to join their dynamic team. 

We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to partner with Sales and Marketing to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes. This role will support planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and ROI measurement for sales and marketing investments, helping optimize spend across channels to drive revenue growth

Responsibilities:

  • Support budgeting, quarterly/annual forecasting, and monthly variance analysis for Sales & Marketing.
  • Maintain financial models that link marketing and sales investments to revenue and margin (LTV, CAC, ROAS).
  • Help build attribution reporting and evaluate channel performance (paid, organic, events, email, partnerships).
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to integrate CRM and marketing automation data (HubSpot) into financial models and dashboards.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing and sales partners to optimize spend.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for business partners and leadership.
  • Conduct ROI analyses for campaigns and initiatives; run scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Contribute to business cases for new programs, headcount, channel tests, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with FP&A team members to improve processes and automate reporting.
  • Qualifications:

  • 4+ of FP&A, finance, or analytics experience, ideally from a larger organization or high-growth company.
  • Experience supporting Marketing and/or Sales functions and measuring marketing performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Working knowledge of marketing metrics: LTV, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution basics.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency with Excel; SQL experience preferred.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and BI/visualization tools (Workday, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, etc.).
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills — able to present analysis to non-finance partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Background in large, fast-moving B2B/B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, or cohort analysis.
  • Experience automating data pipelines between CRM/martech and finance systems.
