Position Overview
Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Manager GTM Finance (Go-To-Market) FP&A will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy for our Sales and Marketing functions. This role will partner closely with GTM leadership to provide strategic planning, financial insights, and data-driven decision-making support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving business performance. This is a high-impact role that will influence key business decisions, own financial planning processes, and deliver executive-level insights.This role is based in Boston, MA and follows a hybrid work model, combining in-office and remote flexibility.

The expected pay range for this role is “$100,000- $150,000“. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, training/skills, performance, as well as market demands and internal pay equity to maintain consistency and fairness within the company.
