French Customer Support for Jewelry company - Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Customer Support Representative for a prestigious jewelry company, with the flexibility of working remotely from beautiful Greece. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our French-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and assistance related to our exclusive jewelry collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, orders, returns, and other service-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to support continual service improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewelry products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
