Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a French Customer Support Representative focusing on hospitality services in the beautiful city of Athens. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our French-speaking clients, assisting them with their hospitality-related inquiries and ensuring a memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding hospitality services.
• Respond to inquiries related to accommodations, reservations, and special requests, providing accurate and prompt assistance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system for ongoing service improvements.
• Collaborate with hotel and hospitality teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on hospitality trends and service offerings to provide informed support and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Familiarity with hospitality management systems and CRM software is beneficial.
