Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Background in customer service or related experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
• Motivated and enthusiastic about learning and growing professionally.
