French Speaking Customer Experience Representative

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and assistance. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience that not only meets but exceeds expectations!

Your Responsibilities

• Serve French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, providing them with prompt and effective support.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate efficient follow-ups.
• Work closely with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is beneficial, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
