Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle options, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Assist customers with scheduling maintenance appointments and resolving service concerns.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and updates to provide relevant assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
