As a representative, you will assist customers in French while addressing their inquiries and supporting their automotive needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, promotions, and financing options.
• Assist customers with booking services, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on automotive trends and product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
