French Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Aviation industry. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to aviation services and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Your fluency in French will be instrumental in addressing customer concerns, helping with bookings, and providing information about various aviation services. You will be a key player in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and in upholding the high standards of our aviation services.

Responsibilities

• Offer high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding aviation-related inquiries
• Assist customers with ticket bookings, changes, cancellations, and general aviation inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to customer problems
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of complex inquiries
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer experience
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates that affect our aviation services

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation industry, is preferred
• Able to juggle multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• A genuine passion for the aviation industry and helping customers with their inquiries
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
