French Speaking Customer Service for Biotechnology industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Biotechnology industry. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our biotechnology products and services.

Your ability to communicate effectively in French will be instrumental in understanding client needs, addressing technical questions, and contributing to positive outcomes in their biotechnology projects. By combining your customer service skills with industry knowledge, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding biotechnology products and inquiries
• Assist clients with product information, order processing, and technical support
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex inquiries and product-related concerns
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our biotechnology offerings and services
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in biotechnology to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology industry, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide effective resolutions
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Passion for biotechnology and a commitment to assisting clients in achieving their goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
