French Speaking Customer Service for Construction industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's team in the Construction Industry. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with various inquiries related to construction products and services.

Your fluency in French will be crucial as you help customers navigate product specifications, order placements, and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process. By delivering exceptional customer service, you will help foster strong relationships and contribute to the overall success of our Client's projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding construction products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries about product details, availability, and technical specifications
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address complex inquiries and issues
• Collect customer feedback to inform service and product improvements
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and best practices in construction

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities and a commitment to resolving customer issues
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or related industry
• Able to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills
• Genuine interest in the construction industry and a desire to assist clients effectively
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
