Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Education & E-Learning division. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with their educational needs and inquiries about our online learning platforms.
Your fluency in French will be vital as you help students and educators navigate various courses, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on best practices for e-learning. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to our commitment to promoting accessible education and empowering learners worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in French through phone, email, and chat for e-learning inquiries
- Assist customers with questions about course offerings, registration, and platform navigation
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with instructional and technical teams to resolve complex inquiries
- Collect and relay feedback from customers to enhance the user experience
- Stay updated on trends in education and e-learning technology to provide informed support
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in education or technology, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- A genuine passion for education and helping others achieve their learning objectives
- Familiarity with customer support software and learning management systems is a plus
