Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, plans, and billing through phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Assist customers in understanding their energy options and provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and company services to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the energy sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a cooperative approach to handling customer inquiries.
