French Speaking Customer Service for Energy (Oil & Gas) industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Energy (Oil & Gas) industry. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our energy services and products.

Your fluency in French will be critical in helping clients navigate our offerings, address concerns, and facilitate communication with our technical teams. By delivering top-tier customer service, you will contribute to building lasting relationships with our clients in this ever-evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat related to the energy sector
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and industry regulations
• Troubleshoot client issues and liaise with internal teams for effective solutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure efficient order processing and client satisfaction
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our services and offerings
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the oil and gas sector

Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the energy or industrial sectors
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Interest in the energy industry and a desire to help clients navigate their challenges
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
