French Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a professional French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Finance Department. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries regarding their financial services and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Your fluency in French will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, guiding them through complex finance-related queries, account management, and product information. As a vital member of our team, you will help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and trust within the finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in French through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and services
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction issues, and service updates
• Educate customers on compliance procedures and financial regulations
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with finance professionals to resolve complex client issues effectively
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings
• Keep abreast of industry changes and updates that may affect client services

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Previous experience in customer service within the finance industry is highly desirable
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to compliance and maintaining client confidentiality
• Familiarity with financial products and services as well as CRM systems is advantageous
