French Speaking Customer Service for Food & Beverage industry

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Food & Beverage industry. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, orders, and service-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

Your fluency in French will enable you to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will play a critical role in helping customers navigate our offerings and address any concerns they may have, contributing to a seamless experience in the Food & Beverage sector.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat related to food and beverage inquiries
• Assist customers with order placements, product information, and special requests
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services continually
• Stay informed about industry trends and food safety standards

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on the Food & Beverage sector
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in food, beverage, or hospitality, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple tasks and customer inquiries in a high-pressure environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
