French Speaking Customer Service for Healthcare industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a compassionate French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Healthcare division. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients and patients, assisting them with inquiries related to healthcare services and resources.

Your fluency in French will be crucial for explaining healthcare procedures, assisting with appointment scheduling, and addressing any concerns that clients may have. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring that clients receive the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding healthcare inquiries
• Assist clients with understanding healthcare services, appointment bookings, and program eligibility
• Provide information and support regarding medical records and health insurance assistance
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve complex inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
• Collect and relay client feedback to improve service quality
• Stay informed about healthcare policies, services, and changes to better assist clients

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and support
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Genuine interest in helping others and improving their healthcare experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and healthcare systems is a plus
