French Speaking Customer Service for Information Technology (IT) industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team within the Information Technology (IT) industry. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with a variety of IT-related inquiries and issues.

Your proficiency in French will be essential as you communicate effectively with customers regarding their technical questions, software applications, and IT services. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will help ensure that clients receive the assistance they need to resolve issues and enhance their IT experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat related to IT services and products
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding software functionality, troubleshooting, and account management
• Provide technical support and guidance for various IT applications and systems
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about the latest developments in technology and IT solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in customer service within the IT industry is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for technology and assisting customers with their IT needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
