French Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in support of the Manufacturing industry. In this important role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to our manufacturing products and services.

Your fluency in French will be critical as you assist customers with product specifications, order placements, and technical support. By offering knowledgeable assistance, you will help ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding manufacturing-related inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about products, orders, delivery status, and technical specifications
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a prompt and professional response
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Gather customer insights to help improve product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements in the manufacturing sector

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and responsiveness
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A genuine interest in manufacturing and helping clients navigate our products
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
