Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Media & Entertainment industry. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our entertainment services and products.

Your fluency in French will be crucial as you navigate customer questions about subscriptions, content availability, and help resolve any issues that may arise. By delivering exceptional service, you will contribute to the enhancement of customer experiences and support our goal of being the leading provider in the media and entertainment sector.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in French through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat regarding our media and entertainment offerings
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to content access, account management, and technical difficulties
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service delivery
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance our media and entertainment services
  • Stay informed about current trends in media and entertainment to provide relevant information to customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to solve problems effectively
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the media or entertainment industry, is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passionate about media and entertainment, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
