Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding premium appliances, services, and support via phone, email, and live chat in French.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, warranties, and service options.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and tracking shipments.
  • Resolve any client issues, complaints, or technical questions swiftly and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and tracking.
  • Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest product developments and trends in the premium appliance market.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex product information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
