French Speaking Customer Service for Retail industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Retail industry. In this customer-focused role, you will provide top-tier support to our French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with their shopping experience.

Your ability to communicate effectively in French will be instrumental as you help customers with product information, order issues, and general inquiries about our retail offerings. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries about product availability, order status, and return processes
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions for complex inquiries
• Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of our retail services
• Stay knowledge about current promotions, products, and trends in the retail industry

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector, is highly desirable
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for retail and helping customers find the right products for their needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
