Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscription plans, and technical issues via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and guide customers through setup and usage of streaming platforms.
• Inform customers about content offerings, promotions, and new features available on the platform.
• Resolve complaints and issues swiftly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in streaming services to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
